摘要
目的:研究奥美拉唑对氯氮平血药浓度的影响。方法:采用自身对照方法,对20例精神分裂症伴有胃溃疡患者,在氯氮平治疗的基础上合用奥美拉唑(20 mg/d)治疗1周。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定合用奥美拉唑前后氯氮平及去甲氯氮平的稳态血药浓度。结果:合用奥美拉唑前1 d及合用后1周末的氯氮平和去甲氯氮平总血药浓度分别为(685.2±178.0)μg/L和(647.4±167.0)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.238,P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑合用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症伴有胃溃疡的患者时,会降低氯氮平及去甲氯氮平的血药浓度。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the effect of omeprazole on blood concentration of clozapine. METHODS ： By self-control study, 20 patients with schizophrenia complicating with gastrohelcosis were given omeprazole （20 rag/d） on the basis of clozapine therapy for 1 week. The blood concentrations of clozapine and norclozapine were monitored by HPLC. RESULTS： The mean blood concentrations of clozapine and norclozapine a day before and 1 week after drug combination were （685.2 ± 178.0）μg/L and （647.4 ±167.0） μg/L, and there were statistical significance （t=6.238, P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Omeprazole combined with clozapine may affect the blood concentration of clozapine and norclozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia complicating with gastrohelcosis.
