摘要
简单介绍了发光细菌检测有害物质的机理及用于有害物质检测的发光细菌种类,综述了发光细菌在水产品安全中的应用研究进展,包括发光细菌检测水产品中抗生素、重金属、甲醛、生物毒素以及急性毒性评价等,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
The mechanism of poisonous components detection by luminescent bacteria and types of luminescent bacteria were introduced.Research progress on luminescent bacteria in safety of aquatic products was reviewed,including the detection of antibiotics,heavy metals,formaldehyde,and biotoxin by luminescent bacteria,and acute toxicity evaluation.And the application prospect was forecasted.
