摘要
通过测定取代芳烃对发光菌毒性,用Free-Wilson法和分子连接性法研究了取代芳烃结构与活性的相关性,取代基的毒性顺序为:-Br>-COOH>-NO_2≈-Cl>-CH_3>-NH_2.建立了EC_(50)与LC_(50)的相关性,并预测了一些化合物的LC_(50)值,结果和实测值符合较好.
The toxicities of substituted aromatic compounds to photobacterium phos-phoreum were studied. Relationships between structure and activity of organic compounds were examined by Free-Wilson and Molecular connectivity methods. The order of toxicity contributions for six substituents investigated is as follows. - Br>-COOH>-NO2≈-Cl>-CH3 >-NH2. The relationship between EC50 and LC50 was established. LC50 values were predicted by the EC50 values. The predicted LC50 values are close to those observed.
