摘要
利用高效液相色谱法测定畜禽肉中金霉素的含量,通过对提取液、净化条件和检测条件的筛选,提高了检测灵敏度,最小检测浓度达到0.03mg/kg。
Applying HPLC - UV to detect Aureomycinum in the muscle of livestock and poultry can enhance the sensitivity greatly by optimizing the conditions of extraction, purification and detection. The LOD value 0.03mg/kg was obtained.
