摘要
建立了快速测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B1的高效液相色谱测定法。采用Zorbax XDB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm i.d)反相色谱柱,以浓度为0.05 mol/L乙酸钠水溶液与甲醇比为65︰35(体积比,调pH值为4.5)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量20μL。方法定量限为0.5 mg/kg,加标回收率92.1%～103.8%,线性范围0.00～1.00 mg/L,相对标准偏差为4.34%。该法具有样品预处理简单,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点,适用于婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B1的快速测定。
This thesis developed a HPLC method for rapid determination of Vitamin B1 in infant milk powder.In the method,the analysis column is revered-phase column of Zorbax XDB-C18（5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm i.d）.the mobile phase is 0.05mol/L CH3COONa water solution：Methanol（65：35,V/V,pH4.5）,the flow is 1.0 mL/min,and the injection volume is 20μL.The limit of t quantitation was 0.5 mg/kg,The linear plots were obtained between 00.0μg/mL and 1.00μg/mL.Overall recoveries were between 92.1%and 103.8%,and RSD（n=6）value were between 4.34%.The results showed that the method was sensitive,accurate,convenient and quick,which can be used to detect Vitamin B1 in infant milk powder.
