摘要
金黄色葡萄球菌是能够引起食物中毒的重要食源性致病菌之一。目前,监控方法是传统的平板法,此法操作较繁琐,费时,不利于工厂的质量监控。通过正交试验,优化快速检测测试片培养基。结果表明:蛋白胨20 g/L、酵母粉3 g/L、丙酮酸钠8 g/L、甘氨酸12.5g/L、氯化钠20 g/L、氯化锂5 g/L、亚碲酸钾40 mg/L、苯乙醇3 mL/L, pH7.4。测试片法和国标方法检测结果相关性较好,R2=0.994。
Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most important foodborne pathogenic bacteria that can cause food-poisoning. At present, the monitoring method is the traditional plate method, which is more complicated and time-consuming, which is not conducive to the quality control of factory. By using the specificity of Staphylococcus aureus, we can quickly optimize culture medium of the test film. The results showed that peptone20 g/L, yeast powder 3 g/L, pyruvate sodium 8 g/L, glycine 12.5 g/L, sodium chloride 20 g/L, lithium chloride 5 g/L, potassium tellurite 40mg/L, benzyl alcohol 3 ml/L, p H7.4, 5-bromine-4-chloride-3-indolylphosphate concentration 0.3 g/L, culture time 24 h. The correlation between test film method and GB method is good, and R2=0.994..
