摘要
教学团队建设与实践是高等学校教学改革的内容之一,是实施教学质量与教学改革工程的重要举措。本文探讨了水处理生物学及其实验教学团队的建设理念、内涵、特殊性、目标等有关问题,并在水处理生物学实验教学改革和提高人才培养质量两个方面论述了水处理生物学及其实验教学团队建设的建设目标。
The construction and practice of teaching team is one part of the university reform and one of the important measures to carry out the quality engineering and teaching reform. This paper deals with the construction concept, connotation, specific characteristics and target of the teaching team of the biology of water and wastewater treatment and experiment. And in particular it discusses the specific characteristics and target of the teaching team construction of the biology of water and wastewater treatment and experiment in the aspects of the experiment reform of the biology of water and wastewater treatment and improvement of teaching quality.
