摘要 构建了以前沿性和应用性知识体系为核心的理论课程体系和产学研一体的实践教学模式。课程设置突出先进性、综合性和实用性。结合地方经济与社会生产实践,依托稳定的校企合作关系,通过交替的校内学习和单位实习培养学生分析和解决市政工程相关问题的综合能力,培养、提高学生的职业素养,增强就业竞争能力。认为专业硕士培养质量的评价最重要的是社会责任感和职业素养的评价。实践表明,应用本科-专业硕士一体化人才培养模式对培养高层次应用型市政工程专业人才具有重要的意义,该模式对于其他工程类学科也具有借鉴意义。 Carrying out the cultivation of professional master's degree on the basis of application technology has important role in improvement of the level of subject construction of applied undergraduate colleges. It builds the theoretical course system which is the core of the frontier and application knowledge system, and practical teaching mode of Industry-University-Research integration.The curriculum highlights advanced, comprehensive and practicality. To cultivate students' comprehensive ability of analyzing and solving the problem of municipal engineering, cultivate and improve students' professional quality, and enhance their employment competition ability by combing with local economic and social production practice, relying on the stability of the school enterprise cooperation, and learning and practice in the school through the alternation. The author believes that the most important evaluation for professional master training quality is the evaluation of social responsibility and professional quality. The practice shows that the talent-producing mode of applicable undergraduate professional master's integration is of great significance to cultivate high level application oriented municipal engineering professional talents, and it also has reference significance for other engineering disciplines.
