摘要
构建科学、合理、可操作性强的应用型人才培养教育联盟合作评价体系,是保障政校企合作、专业共建、人才共育得以顺利开展的核心和关键,对于实现政、校、企各方在汽车产业人才培养上无缝对接和紧密合作,解决不同层次院校在汽车产业人才培养上定位交叉、层次交错、分类模糊、培养目标不明确等问题,培养真正符合产业需求的应用型人才,具有极为重要的现实意义。本文从合作的三个主体——政府、学校、企业出发,构建了合作运行实效性评价体系,提出了相应的评价方法,研究可作为政校企合作评价的参考。
The construction of a scientific,reasonable and practical evaluation system of education alliance for cultivating application-oriented talents guarantees the government-school-enterprise cooperation,profession co-construction and joint talent-training.Furthermore,it is the key to realize the close cooperation among the government,schools and enterprises in cultivating automobile industry talents,to solve the problems like overlapping objectives,intertwined training levels,unclear classification and training targets of universities and colleges at various levels in the automobile industry talent cultivation and to foster genuine application-oriented talents conforming to industrial needs.This paper constructs the evaluation system for the effectiveness of cooperative operation from three main cooperation bodies,i.e.the government,schools and enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding evaluation methods,expecting to offer some reference for the evaluation of government-schools-enterprises cooperation.
