基于双因素理论的员工角色外行为影响机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文从双因素理论角度探讨员工积极角色外行为和消极角色外行为的影响因素,构建基于双因素理论的员工角色外行为影响机制模型,并提出激励员工积极角色外行为和规避员工消极角色外行为的策略。
