摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定川西高原产藏药狭叶红景天中红景天苷的含量。方法采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(14∶86),检测波长275 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1)。结果红景天苷0.05~5μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9994),平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=1.92%;狭叶红景天中红景天苷的平均含量为0.409%。结论所用方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可为狭叶红景天的质量控制和开发利用提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of salidroside in Tibetan medicine Rhodiola kirilowii from the western Sichuan plateau. METHODS The separation was performed on Shim - pack CLC - ODS ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol -water( 14 L 86) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wave- length was 275 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear range of salidroside was 0.05 - 5 μg ( r^2 = 0. 9994 ), and the average recovery rate was 99.20% with the RSD of 1.92%. The average content of salidroside from Rhodiola kirilowii was 0. 409%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and it provides a theoretical basis for the quality control, the development and utilization of Rhodiola kirilowii from the western Sichuan plateau.
