摘要
以长鞭红景天为材料,以抑菌圈直径为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,选取浸提时间、浸提温度、超声时间和微波时间等4个因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法,以得到抑菌物质提取的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,抑制大肠杆菌的最佳提取工艺为:浸提时间50min、浸提温度60℃、超声时间10min、微波时间2min;抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳提取工艺为:浸提时间60min、浸提温度60℃、超声时间6min、微波时间2min。
Taking the Rhodiola fastigiata as materials and its the diameter of inhibition zone as index,study four factors such as extraction time,extraction temperature,ultrasonic extraction time and microwave time,based on the single factor experiment,the optimum extraction process of Rhodiola fastigiata is found by L9(34)orthogonal test.The result of inhibiting Escherichia coli showed that extraction time was 60min,extraction temperature was 60℃,ultrasonic extraction time was 10min,microwave time was 2min;The result of inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus showed that extraction time was 60min,extraction temperature was 60℃,ultrasonic extraction time was 6min,microwave time was 2min.
