摘要
教育部"卓越工程师教育培养计划"(简称"卓越计划")自实施以来,在人才培养模式改革、校企联合等领域取得很大成绩。但在实施过程中,对于"卓越"理念、卓越计划的目的和对象等问题还存在一定的模糊界域。教育部颁布的"高等学校创新能力提升计划"(简称"协同创新计划")可以根据学生的需求,在高校与高校、科研院所、行业企业、地方政府以及国外科研机构之间进行深度合作。这一计划与绿色管理理念内涵要求相契合。作为大学制度文化的一种,"绿色管理理念"以管理控制论为理念基础,要求克服"源头污染"、"干流污染"、"支流污染",并通过纠偏反馈规划下一周期计划,可以逐一解决卓越计划实施过程中出现的一些问题。
The plan for educating and training outstanding engineers has made great achievements in the reform of personnel training mode,school enterprise cooperation and other fields. But there is still fuzzy boundaries such as concept,purpose and object in the implementation process. Green management is a kind of university system culture,the collaborative innovation idea fits the requirement of green management concept. The two concepts can solved some problems in the process.This research subject focuses on the use of collaborative innovation theory to strengthen the excellence program source of pollution control and make green decision. It also focuses on the use of green management idea and collaborative innovation concept,to reduce the river pollution and tributaries pollution,timely feedback and correct.
