摘要
目的比较玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在上颌前牙残冠残根修复中的临床效果。方法收集82例上颌前牙残冠残根病例,将96颗患牙随机分为实验组与对照组,每组患牙48例。实验组采用玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复,对照组采用铸造金属桩联合烤瓷冠修复。修复完成2年后,对全部病例进行随访,比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组成功率为95.8%,对照组成功率为81.3%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩修复上前牙残冠残根具有根折率低,美学效果好等优点,临床效果好于铸造金属桩。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of glass fiber and cast metal post in repair of the maxillary anterior residual crown and root. Methods Eighty-two cases (96 teeth) of maxillary anterior residual crown and root were randomly divided into experimental group (48teeth) and control group (48 teeth). The experimental group was repaired with glass fiber post and the zirconia all ceramic crown, while the control group was repaired with cast metal post and the porcelain crown. Results After 2 years of follow-up, the success rate of the experimental group was 95.8% , and that of the control group was 81.3%. The clinical efficacy of two groups had statistical difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Glass fiber post has the advantages of better biocompatibility, less probability of root fracture and higher success rate compared with cast metal post.
