摘要
目的研究牙冠延长术用于前牙冠修复的牙周指标。方法选取2016年9月—2017年8月本院接收的前牙不良冠修复所致牙周病患者50例(175颗患牙)作为研究对象,所有患者均实施牙冠延长术治疗。将手术牙、对侧同名牙的牙周指数进行对比,观察牙周损伤情况。结果术前,手术牙的BI、PLI、PD高于对侧同名牙,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),术后,手术牙的BI、PLI、PD均低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),但与对侧同名牙相比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);50例患者的牙周损伤率为12.00%。结论牙冠延长术应用于前牙不良冠修复所致牙周病患者中取得的效果较为理想。
Objective To study the periodontal index of crown extension for anterior crown restoration.Methods 50 patients(175 teeth)with periodontal disease caused by poor crown restoration of anterior teeth received in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the subjects of study.All patients were treated with crown lengthening.The periodontal index of the surgical teeth and the contralateral homonymous teeth were compared to observe the periodontal injury.Results Before operation,BI,PLI and PD of surgical teeth were higher than those of contralateral homonymous teeth(P<0.05).After operation,the BI,PLI and PD of surgical teeth were lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the contralateral teeth of the same name(P>0.05).The periodontal injury rate of 50 patients was 12.00%.Conclusion Crown lengthening is an ideal method for periodontal disease caused by poor crown restoration of anterior teeth.
