摘要
目的探究米诺环素治疗糖尿病患者种植体周围感染中疗效及对炎症反应的控制作用。方法将医院2016年11月-2017年11月期间收治的72例糖尿病患者种植体周围感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规治疗组(36例)以及米诺环素治疗组(36例)。常规治疗组患者实施常规治疗,米诺环素治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上使用盐酸米诺环素软膏。在经过4周的治疗后,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后牙周指数以及龈沟液炎性指标。结果米诺环素治疗组患者临床治疗总有效情况(100.00%)、治愈情况(91.67%)明显高于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后龈沟出血指数、软组织指数、菌斑指数、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6以及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α均有显著改善(P<0.05),且米诺环素治疗组患者治疗后的龈沟出血指数、软组织指数、菌斑指数、IL-1β、IL-6以及TNF-α明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论在临床种植体周围感染治疗中使用盐酸米诺环素软膏具有良好的临床效果,同时也能较好地控制炎症反应,有效促进牙周组织恢复。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of minocycline on treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with peri-implant infection and the control of inflammatory reactions.METHODS A total of 72 diabetes mellitus patients with peri-implant infection who were treated in the hospital from Nov 2016 to Nov 2017 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the routine treatment group with 36 cases and the minocycline group with 36 cases.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the minocycline group was treated with additional minocycline hydrochloride ointment on basis of the treatment of the conventional therapy.The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups of patients after the treatment for 4 weeks,and the periodontal indexes and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory indexes were observed before and after the treatment.RESULTS The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the minocycline group was 100.00%,sighificantly higher than that of the routine treatment group,the cure rate of the minocycline group was 91.67%,significantly higher than that of the routine treatment group(P<0.05).The gingival sulcus bleeding index,soft tissue index,plaque index,interleukin-1β,IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αof the two groups of patients were sighificantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05),and the gingival sulcus bleeding index,soft tissue index,plaque index,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αof the minocycline group were sighificantly lower than those of the routine treatment group after the treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Minocycline hydrochloride ointment can achieve remarkable clinical effect on treatment of the patients with peri-implant infection,effectively control the inflammatory reactions and promote the recovery of periodontium.
