摘要
目的探讨玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩应用于牙体缺损修复中的价值对比。方法将我院2014年5月~2016年4月收治的144例牙体缺损患者,按系统随机化法分为A组71例(86个牙位)和B组73例(85个牙位)。A组给予铸造金属桩进行缺损修复,B组给予玻璃纤维桩进行缺损修复,对两组修复随访后修复成功率、边缘密合、颜色匹配、修复体完整情况和牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)水平进行比较分析。结果 A组失访4例(5个牙位),B组失访3例(3个牙位),即有效例数为A组67例(81个牙位)和B组70例(82个牙位)。B组出现1例桩钉折断、1例修复体脱落松动,A组出现2例桩钉折断、4例牙根断裂和4例修复体脱落松动,B组修复成功率(97.56%)高于A组(87.65%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);B组修复体的边缘密合、颜色匹配情况和修复体完整性均明显优于A组(P <0.05);两组修复后GI水平明显低于修复前且B组GI水平明显低于A组(P <0.05),而两组修复前后和两组间PD水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论使用玻璃纤维桩进行牙体缺损修复能达到较好的边缘密合和颜色匹配,修复成功率较高,且对牙周影响较轻小,具有美观、力学性能高等特点。
Objective To investigate the value of glass fiber piles and cast metal piles in tooth defect restoration. Methods From May 2014 to April 2016,144 patients with tooth defects admitted to our hospital were divided into group A (71 cases,86 teeth) and group B (73 cases,85 teeth) according to systematic randomization method.Group A was given cast metal piles for defect repair,while Group B was given glass fiber piles for defect repair.The success rate of restoration,edge closure,color matching,restoration integrity,periodontal pocket depth (PD) and gingival index (GI) were compared and analyzed between the two groups after follow-up. Results There were 4 missing visits in group A (5 teeth),3 missing visits in group B (3 teeth).The effective cases were 67 in group A (81 teeth) and 70 in group B (82 teeth).In group B,there were 1 case of broken nails and 1 case of loosening of prosthesis.In group A,there were 2 cases of fracture of staple,4 cases of root fracture and 4 cases of loosening of prosthesis.The success rate of repair in group B (97.56%) was higher than that in group A (87.65%),and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).The marginal closure,color matching and restoration integrity of group B were significantly better than those of group A (P 〈0.05).The level of GI in the two groups after repair was significantly lower than that before repair,and the level of GI in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P 〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of PD between the two groups before and after the repair and between the two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Using glass fiber piles to repair tooth defects can achieve better edge closure and color matching,the success rate of restoration is higher,and the periodontal effect is slight,and it has the characteristics of beauty and high mechanical properties.
