摘要
目的:评价CAD/CAM高嵌体修复磨牙大面积牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择105个因牙髓炎或根尖周炎行根管治疗的磨牙,牙体缺损类型为Ⅱ类洞,采用CAD/CAM进行高嵌体修复。术后3、6、12个月复查,依据自评和他评标准进行临床疗效评价。结果:共99个患牙完成1年随访,牙体缺损CAD/CAM修复术后3、6、12个月成功率分别为97. 98%、96. 97%、94. 95%。结论:CAD/CAM高嵌体可作为磨牙根管治疗术后大面积牙体缺损的临床修复选择。
AIM： To observe the clinical effect of CAD/CAM onlay in the restoration of molars with extensive defect after root canal therapy （RCT）. METHODS： 105 molars with pulpitis and apical periodontitis after perfect RCT and with type Ⅱ tooth defect, were restored by CAD/CAM onlays. The patients were followed up 3, 6 and 12 months after operation. The restoration effects were assessed by self-evaluation and physician-evaluation criteria. RESULTS： Of all the 105 teeth, 99 finished the trial, the success rate of CAD/CAM onlay 3, 6 and 12 months after operation was 97.98%, 96.97% and 94.95% respectively. CONCLUSION： CAD/CAM onlay can be a clinic selection in restoring extensive tooth defect of molars after RCT.
