摘要
研究了用黄铁矿-硫酸还原浸出软锰矿,考察了搅拌速度、两矿质量比、固液质量体积比、硫酸浓度及温度对锰浸出率的影响及浸出过程动力学,确定了浸出动力学方程。结果表明:当搅拌速度为300r/min、固液质量体积比为1∶5、硫酸浓度为0.8mol/L、黄铁矿与软锰矿质量比为0.2、反应温度为90℃条件下,锰浸出率达99%以上;浸出过程受化学反应控制,不同硫酸浓度下的反应级数为1.06,不同黄铁矿用量下的反应级数为0.82,表观反应活化能为46.265kJ/mol。
Leaching pyrolusite and pyrite using sulfuric speed, mass ratio of two ores, solid-to-liquid ratio, sulfuri acid was research c acid concentratio ed. The effects of stirring n and leaching temperature on leaching rate of manganese were examined. The kinetics of leaching reaction was determined. The results show that under the conditions of stirring speed of 300 r/min, solid-to-liquid ratio of 1/5, sulfuric acid concentration of 0.8 mol/L, mass ratio of pyrite to pyrolusite of 0.2, reaction temperature of 90 ℃, manganese leaching rate is over 99%. The leaching process is controlled by chemical reaction, the reaction order at different sulfuric acid concentrations is 1.06,the reaction order at different pyrite dosage is 0.82. The apparent reaction activation energy is 46. 265 kJ/mol.
