摘要 采用钛白粉废酸、二氧化锰矿和硫铁矿浸出、除铁、硫化法除重金属及电解金属锰的工艺流程、技术条件与试验结果。取得了较好的技术指标以及质量达到YB/T051-2003高纯级DJMnA电解金属锰产品。 This paper describes the technological process, the technical conditions and the results about how to utilize wasted acid from titanium white production with manganese dioxide ore and iron sulfide to produce electrolytic manganese metal. The description covers the processes of dissolves of the manganese dioxide ore, the removal of iron and sulfide to remove heavy metals. The test results shows that the good technical index has derived, and electrolytic manganese metal product from the has high quality and purity and its purity is up to the standard of YB/T051-2003DJMnA electrolytic manganese metal product.
