摘要
采用氧化锰矿为原料还原得到一氧化锰物料,当酸矿比为0.6以上,温度达60℃,液固比为6-8时,锰浸出率可达到90%以上。不同搁置方式对一氧化锰物料的稳定性影响很大,在不搅动的条件下搁置50 h,一氧化锰物料没有明显的氧化,但在冷却过程中加以搅动,还原好的物料很快发生氧化,锰的浸出率降至70%以下。
To get MnO materials out of MnO2 ore,proportion of acid to ore is above 0.6, temperature is 60 ℃, when the proportion of liquid to solid is between 6 and 8, the rate of soaking out in Mn will reach 90% or more. Different way influences stability of MnO greatly. There is no obvious oxidized appearance in cold test under the normal condition 50 h later. If stirring while colding, the MnO materials will be oxidized very soon and the rate of soaking out in Mn will drop to less than 70%.
