摘要
利用废钴酸锂的氧化性和钴白合金的还原性,采用联合酸浸的方式处理废钴酸锂和钴白合金。本研究考察浸出时间、浸出温度、浸出过程pH值、废钴酸锂和钴白合金质量比对钴、铜浸出率的影响,得出联合酸浸的最优条件为:浸出时间4h、浸出温度70℃、浸出过程p H控制范围0.9~1.1,废钴酸锂与钴白合金的质量比为2.6:1,此时钴的浸出率为99.71%,铜的浸出率为98.55%。
Using waste cobalt acid lithium cobalt oxide and white metal reducibility, adopt the way of combined pickling and cobalt acid lithium cobalt white alloy scrap is treated. Of this study was to investigate leaching time, leaching temperature, p H, leaching process of scrap cobalt acid lithium and cobalt white metal quality ratio on the leaching rate of cobalt, copper, and the optimal conditions for combined pickling for: leaching time 4 h, leaching temperature 70 ℃, the leaching process control p H range of 0.9 ~ 1.1, the quality of the waste and cobalt acid lithium cobalt white metal ratio was 2.6:1, the cobalt leaching rate was 99.71%, the leaching rate of copper is 98.55%.
