摘要
京津冀教育协同发展为三地高职院校师资共享带来了机遇。在京津冀教育协同发展背景下,三地高职院校在师资共享方面做了一些初步探索,但还欠广度与深度,其主要原因在于京津冀缺乏统一的师资共享协调机制、有效的师资共享利益分配与激励机制和统一的师资共享信息化平台。为了推动三地高职院校师资共享,要着力建立组织协调、经费保障、利益分享、信息共享和培养共建等五种机制。
The coordinated development of education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei creates opportunity for sharing experience between vocational college teachers in the three regions.Under this background,vocational college teachers have made some preliminary exploration in teachers sharing,but with very limited breadth and depth.The main reason is lack of unified sharing coordination mechanism,effective interest distribution,incentive mechanism and unified teachers sharing information platform.To push the sharing mechanism of vocational college teachers in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,five mechanisms should be established.They are organization and coordination mechanism,security of funds mechanism,benefit sharing mechanism,information sharing mechanism and co-construction mechanism.
