摘要
师资水平是保障高职院校教学水平的关键因素。本文对国外发达国家高职院校的教师准入制度、在职培训进修方法、薪资福利待遇、绩效考核办法进行了较为详尽的分析对比,以对我国的高职院校教师素质能力提升提供借鉴。
Guarantee the quality of teachers is a key factor in the standard of teaching in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the access system for teachers of higher vocational colleges in developed countries, in-service training training methods, salary and benefits, performance appraisal conducted a more detailed analysis and comparison to our country＇s ability to upgrade the quality of teachers in vocational colleges provide a reference.
