摘要 维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,具有多种重要的生理功能,维生素D缺乏目前被认为是全球范围内的健康问题之一,严重影响人们的生活。近年来的研究发现,维生素D缺乏与1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病的发生发展密切相关。其可能机制为维生素D可通过促进胰岛素合成及分泌、增加胰岛素敏感性、抑制炎症反应、抑制自身免疫反应及维生素D相关基因多态性等多种作用机制对糖尿病的发病及血糖的控制发挥着重要作用。 Vitamin D is a fat-soluble steroid hormone which possesses various physiological functions, deficiency of vitamin D are recognized as global health problems worldwide, seriously impact people's life. We have fotmd vitamin D was closely related to type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and pregnancy diabetes recent years. And the proposed mechanisms include promoting insulin synthesis and secretion, increasing insulin sensitivity, inhibiting the inflammatory response, modulating self-immune response, and the polymorphisms of vitamin D-related genes.
