摘要
畜产品可追溯机制作为有效的质量安全管理手段,对于解决生产者和消费者信息不对称、强化生产过程的监督管理具有重要作用。本文阐述了国内外畜产品质量安全可追溯机制应用现状和信息管理机制研究进展,指出了国内可追溯信息管理的不足,以期为完善我国畜产品可追溯机制提供理论参考。
Traceability system for livestock products is an effective management means to solve the information asymmetry between producers and consumers and also benefit to strengthen the supervision of the products process. The review expounds the progress in information management mechanism of traceability system for livestock products at home and abroad. The shortages of domestic information management mechanism are analyzed in order to improve traceability system for livestock product in China.
