摘要
从患方价值需求角度分析我国医学服务过程中人文服务存在的主要问题,找出其人文素养缺失的原因,阐释医学人文精神、医学职业精神、医学伦理与道德、医学法治文化的内涵,揭示医学人文素养在医学实践以及医学生培养中的重要地位与作用,进而提出提升医学人文精神理念及医患沟通能力等的建议。
Humanistic quality of medical workers directly affects the quality of medical servme and patient satisfaction. In view of patient's value demand, this paper identified main setbacks in humanistic service in China in the course of medical service. The authors found out the reasons for the lack of humanities quality, and interpreted medical humanistic spirit, medical professional spirit, medical ethics and morality, and connotation of medical law culture. On medical humanities accomplishment in medical practice promote the concept of humanistic spirit of medicine and such basis, the paper unveiled the importance of and medical students' training, proposing to the doctor-patient communication skills.
