摘要
通过对上海某大型综合性医院的919例医疗投诉进行分类和分析,发现其中88.3%的投诉和医学人文服务欠缺有关。讨论了医学人文服务欠缺的表现,并进行患者需求、医学教育和医院培训等相关因素分析;指出医学人文服务和医疗技术服务同样重要。
To clessifiy and analyze 919 cases of medical disputes from one of shanghai large, .scale complex hospitals, and revealed that 88.3% of disputes were related to the lack of humanistic care. Also to discuss the maners of humanistic care absence and the related factors, like patients need, medical eduction, and hospital training. It pointed out the medical humanistic service is as important as medical technique service.
