摘要
产业转型升级带动新技术新工艺进企业进岗位。以就业为导向的高职教育需要加强主动适应性。我校应用化工技术专业以"大专业、宽基础、厚能力、多方向"重构课程体系,以知识点和技能点组成"微教学单元"开展课堂教学改革,第三学年增加12周创新驱动学习环节,以"导师"的科研项目为纽带实施师徒制个别指导性学习,以校内研发中心、校外实习基地组合成校企协同育人环境,改变了高职第三学年完全依赖顶岗实习的人才培养模式,促进了学生职业能力和就业能力的有效提升。
Industrial transformation and upgrading motivates corporations to utilize new technology and process. Accordingly, employment-oriented higher vocational education should act voluntarily to accommodate such trend. In Applied Chemical Engineering Technology Specialty of our college, curricula system is re-formulated pursuant to the guidelines of "Enlarging specialty, Deepening basis, Strengthening ability, diversifying directions", classroom teaching reformation is carried out in which knowledge points and skill points constitute "mini-teaching unit", twelve weeks of innovative motivation-type study is added in the third teaching year, tutor-apprentice type individual tutoring is taken bonded by the scientific research program of the tutor, university- corporation cooperative teaching environment is fornaed in which on-campus research center and out-campus practice base are combined. Such measures alter the original talent cultivating mode in the third teaching year of higher vocational education in which the cultivation depends on internship totally, and thus promote the advancement of vocational ability and employment ability of the students.
