摘要
数字技术的广泛应用,对就业生态产生了持续而深远的影响。推动企业数字化转型升级,实现产业高质量发展,创新人才培养方式非常重要。分析产业转型升级背景下的人才需求,探索适应产业转型升级"产学研用服"五位一体人才培养策略,推动校企双链融通构建“产学研用服”五位一体的人才培养模式,开发对接产业发展的课程体系,实施校企双链融合的“双创”教育和思政教育,搭建服务产业发展的综合平台,实现生产、教学、科研、应用、服务相互融合,适应产业升级发展需求,提升人才培养质量。
Digital technology has brought a far-reaching impact on the employment ecology,which calls for an innovation of vocational education to help enterprises promote their digital transformation and upgrading and achieve a high-quality industrial development.This paper analyzes professional demand in the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,explores the application-oriented vocational education to adapt to the demand,promotes the integration of schools and enterprises,implements the mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and builds a comprehensive platform to serve industrial development,with teaching,research,application and service as a priority in curriculum.
