摘要
笔者针对浙江省园艺的行业背景及高职园艺技术学生的生源特点,论证了高职园艺技术专业开展个性化人才培养的必要性,研究了高职园艺技术专业个性化人才培养模式。详细介绍了台州科技职业学院园艺技术专业在个性化人才培养方面的探索实践,总结出课余加强型、以工代学型、创业创新型、顶岗实习型4种主要的个性化人才培养模式,分析了个性化人才培养实践中存在的困难,并提出了相应的对策建议,旨在通过人才培养模式的创新,提高学生的就业与职业发展能力。
According to the industry background of horticulture in Zhejiang and the characteristics of student source in higher vocational gardening technology,we demonstrated the necessity of carrying out individualized talents cultivation in vocational technical majors,and carried out the research on personalized training mode in vocational technical majors.At the same time,exploration and practice of training individualized personnel were introduced in detail in Horticultural Technology Specialty of Taizhou Vocational College of Science and Technology.Four major training modes for individualized personnel were summarized,such as strengthening after school,working on behalf of learning,starting up entrepreneurship and innovation,and substituted post exercitation.Difficulties in the practice of individualized talent training were analyzed.Corresponding countermeasures were put forward,aiming at enhancing the student employment and professional development ability.
