摘要
"试验设计与数据处理"是研究生课程体系中的一门重要工具课程。作者通过分析食品专业研究生"试验设计与数据处理"课程教学的现状和存在的问题,结合自己10多年来讲授该课程的经验,实践了树立统计学思想、理论课程实验化、案例教学、讨论式教学、改革考核方式等教学改革方法,提高了课程的教学效果。希望通过分享经验为承担该课程教学的同行们提供参考。
Experimental design and data processing is an important tool course in graduate study. In order to improve the course teaching effect, author analyzed the status and existing problems in the course teaching of experimental design and data processing and summarized the 10 years experiences of teaching the course, and several teaching innovative methods were practiced, such as setting statistical ideas, changing theory course to experiment course, case teaching and discussion teaching, reforming the examination mode, et al. I hope that it will provide reference for the colleagues of teaching the course by sharing experience.
