摘要
课程教学应注重受教育者的主体性,培养思维能力和实践能力。本文针对目前工科院校食品学科试验设计与数据处理课程传统的课堂教学模式,着重论述了注重实用教学内容、改革教学方法和丰富考核方式的教学模式。
Educational individual, innovative ability and practical ability in curriculum teaching should be paid attention. In terms of traditional curriculum teaching pattern of experiment design and data processing in general colleges of engineering, the practical teaching content, teaching methods and testing methods were analyzed in this paper.
