摘要 针对食品试验设计与统计分析课程教学中存在的难题,从当前面临的共性问题、改革教学方法和完善课程考核机制等多个方面进行探讨与实践,构建以基本理论为核心、现代统计软件为工具、灵活应用为目的的教学体系。应用结果证明,该改革与实践的实际效果良好,可以显著提高学生分析和解决问题的能力。 In view of the existing problems in the curriculum teaching on food experiment design and statistics analysis,the current common problems in the curriculum teaching,the reform of teaching methods and the assessment system are discussed and practiced to build the teaching system with the basic theory as the core,modern statistical software as a tool and flexible application as the purpose in the paper. The practical application results show that the teaching reform and practice effect is very good and students' practical abilities of analyzing and solving problems are improved.
