摘要
"食品试验设计与统计分析"作为一门交叉型应用性学科,是以数理统计的知识实现减少试验次数、缩短试验周期、迅速找到优化方案教学目的的重要课程。通过对课程设置、教学方法、教学考核方式等实践的各个方面进行改革,为有针对性地将大学生培养成具有专业技能的企业技术管理人才进行探索提供理论依据。
Food Experiment Design and Statistics Analysis has a wide cross-application in the food industry, which can reduce the test times, shorten the test cycle and find the test optimization program.
