摘要
食品试验设计与统计分析是食品专业中一门实践性较强的核心课程,由于本门课程的理论、概念晦涩难懂,逻辑推理和复杂的公式计算较多,教师厌教、学生厌学的现象较为常见。笔者针对课程特点,创新教育教学方法,为提高食品类专业食品试验设计与统计分析教学质量提供新的思路。
Food experimental design and statistical analysis is one of the core courses in food specialties. However, it's often disliked by both teachers and students, for its obscure theories and concepts, and the large amount of logical inferences and complex formulas. Therefore, we reform the teaching methods of this curriculum based on its characteristics, and expect which could present a novel idea for the teaching qulity improvement of "food experimental design and statistical analysis" .
