摘要
文献记载与考古资料表明,蒙古族不仅有着悠久的农耕历史,而且拥有多种粮食食品及其相关制作技艺。根据忽思慧《饮膳正要》文献记载,以及对当前蒙古族的实地调研,发现蒙元蒙古族的粮食食品种类多于当前蒙古族的,而当前蒙古族的粮食食品种类及其制作技艺较好地传承了蒙元蒙古族的传统,并有所创新与发展。
Documents. and archaeological materials showed that Mongolian ry of agriculture, but also has a large variety of grain food and its Yao by Hu Sihui and based on field investigations, it was found making nationality not only has a long histoskills. According to Yin Shan Zheng that the types and styles of Mongolian grain food in Yuan dynasty were much more than the current. What' s more, the current grain food types and producing skills inherit greatly from the past with some innovation and development.
