摘要 运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,对功能性训练的起源与发展、概念、内容、特征以及与传统体能训练的关系进行归纳分析。研究表明:功能性训练起源于美国的康复和物理治疗领域,后逐渐扩展到体育领域;目前功能性训练的概念尚未统一;涵盖的内容包括功能性动作测试、选择性功能评价和功能性动作训练;具有树立训练整体观、立足超量恢复、强调核心区训练、注重多维度多关节联动训练、练习方法与目标运动方式相一致等基本特征;与传统体能训练存在优势互补的关系,两者应有效结合。本研究旨在为我国本土化体能训练理论体系的建立提供参考。 In order to clarify the basic structure of the functional training system,the origin,development,concept,content,characteristic and the relationship with the traditional physical training were analyzed by means of literature data and logical analysis. Comprehensive research shows that: functional training originated in the field of rehabilitation and physical therapy in the United States,and gradually extended to the sports field; the concept of functional training has not been unified; the contents covered functional action tests,selective functional evaluation,and functional exercise training; It has the following basic feature: set up the whole view,based on the training of recovery,emphasizes the core area of training,pay attention to the basic characteristics of multi joint training; he exercise method is consistent with the target motion mode. The functional training system should be effective combination with the traditional physical training because of the complementary relationship between them. This research will help to clarify the main contents of functional training system,and clear the way of practice,which is to provide a reference for the establishment of China's localization of physical training theory system.
