摘要
目的探讨补肾健脾活血中药在治疗2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎中的临床应用价值。方法：将120例糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者平均分为2组，对照组采用单纯牙周基础治疗，观察组在此基础上加用补肾健脾活血中药。结果：治疗结束后，观察组患者的PPD、CAL、PLI及BOP明显小于对照组（P〈0．01），HbAIc浓度明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：补肾健脾活血中药有助于改善2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎的临床疗效，提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the therapeutic value of Bushenjianpihuoxue compound recipe in the treatment of diabetes associated withchronic periodontitis. Methods： 120 cases with diabetes associated with chronic periodontitis who got medical treatment in our hospital weredivided two groups, patients in control group were treated with initial periodontal therapy, whereas patients in observation group were cured withinitial periodontal therapy combined Bushenjianpihuoxue compound recipe.Results： The PPD, CAL PLI and BOP of observation group weresignificantly smaller than control group （P〈0.01）, the HbAlc level was marked lower than control group （P〈0．01）. Conclusion： Bushenjianpihuoxuecompound recipe could improve the clinical efficiency of diabetes associated with chronic periodontitis, therefore improve their life quality.
