慢性牙周炎与IgA肾病的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨慢性牙周炎(CP)与IgA肾病的相关性。方法原发性慢性肾炎患者83例,分为CP组和非CP组,对受检者进行肾穿刺活检术,根据病理诊断获得两组患者中IgA肾病的构成比,观察CP与IgA肾病的相关性。结果 CP组IgA肾病构成比明显高于非CP组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0325)。CP组不同程度慢性牙周炎患者IgA肾病患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 CP组患IgA肾病的几率可能比非CP组高,随着牙周炎程度的加重患IgA肾病可能性增加,且随牙周炎程度的加重,IgA肾病的病情严重程度加重。 Objecttive To investigate the correlation between chronic periodontitis(CP) and IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Method83 patients were diagnosed as primary IgAN,and they were divided into group CP and group non-CP. Renal needle biopsy was performed to confi rm patients’IgA constituent ratio,and the relationship of CP and IgAN were analyzed.Results The IgA constituent ratio was higher in CP group than in non-CP group,and the difference was signifi cant(P=0.0325). There were differences in the prevalence of the IgAN in patients with different degrees of chronic periodontitis,the difference was signifi cant(P〈0.05).Conclusion CP is related to the onset and development of IgAN,and IgAN becomes worse with the aggravation of CP.
