摘要
目的探讨补肾固齿丸联合替硝唑口腔贴片治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的100例牙周炎患者作为研究对象,依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其随机分为研究组(49例,补肾固齿丸+替硝唑口腔贴片)和对照组(51例,替硝唑口腔贴片)。比较两组的临床治疗效果、炎症因子水平、牙口指标、牙周指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为98.04%,高于对照组的87.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、3个月后,研究组的GI、SBI、MD均显著小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、3个月后,研究组的PD、AL均显著小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,研究组的牙周咬合力、牙齿咀嚼功能均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾固齿丸联合替硝唑口腔贴片治疗牙周炎的临床效果显著,可降低炎症因子水平,促进口腔功能恢复,值得临床进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Guchi pill combined with tinidazole oral sticking tablets in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with periodontitis admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into study group(49 cases,Bushen Guchi pill+tinidazole oral sticking tablets)and control group(51 cases,tinidazole oral sticking tablets)according to the parity of admission number.The clinical therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level,dental index and periodontal index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.04%,which was higher than 87.76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 3 months of treatment,the GI,SBI,and MD of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 3 months of treatment,the PD and AL of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the periodontal bite force and tooth chewing function of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Guchi pill combined with tinidazole oral sticking tablets in the treatment of periodontitis has a significant clinical effect,it can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of oral function,which is worth of further clinical promotion and application.
