摘要
目的分析单纯性牙周炎患者采用补肾固齿丸联合奥硝唑治疗的临床效果。方法将本院2018年9月—2019年8月收治的196例单纯性牙周炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各98例,对照组患者采取基础的牙周治疗措施,观察组患者给予补肾固齿丸联合奥硝唑治疗,分别将两组的临床疗效、牙周评估指标与炎性因子水平进行统计学比较。结果观察组患者的临床有效率为91.8%;治疗后的临床附着丧失为(2.6±0.3)mm,探诊出血指数为(12.2%±2.5%),牙周探诊深度为(3.0±0.3)mm;治疗后的淀粉蛋白A为(1.7±0.2)mg/L,白介素-6为(14.2±1.4)pg/mL,白介素-14为(4.9±0.5)ng/L,均明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补肾固齿丸联合奥硝唑治疗单纯性牙周炎具有可靠的临床效果,可迅速有效地缓解患者症状,良好促进炎症消退。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Bushen Guchi pill combined with ornidazole in the treatment of simple periodontitis.Methods 196 patients with simple periodontitis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 98 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with basic periodontal treatment measures,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Guchi pill and ornidazole.The clinical efficacy,periodontal evaluation indexes and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The clinical effective rate was 91.8%in the observation group,the loss of clinical attachment was(2.6±0.3)mm,the bleeding index was(12.2%±2.5%),the depth of periodontal exploration was(3.0±0.3)mm,the amyloid A was(1.7±0.2)mg/L,the IL-6 was(14.2±1.4)pg/ml,the il-14 was(4.9±0.5)ng/L,which was significantly better than the control group Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushengushi pill combined with Ornidazole has a reliable clinical effect in the treatment of simple periodontitis.It can quickly and effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,promote the inflammation to subside,and is suitable for clinical application.
