摘要
临床思维是临床诊断与治疗的前提和基础。培养医学生的临床思维能力是提高医学生临床应用能力的主要手段。根据风湿性疾病教学的需要,在教学中以临床实际问题为中心,注重理论联系实际,加强医学生自身素质的培养,建立合理的诊断思维程序,使学生拥有良好的临床思维能力。
Clinical thinking is the precondition and basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment. The cultivation of the students ' clinical thinking ability is the major means to improve their clinical capability. According to the requirements of clinical rheumatology teach-ing, we focused on the clinical practical questions, emphasized the integration of theory with practice, strengthened the cultivation of students' quality, and established a reasonable diagnostic thinking process, so as to achieve the goal of good clinical thinking ability of each student.
