摘要
目的探讨临床案例教学法在风湿免疫科临床教学中的价值。方法分析风湿免疫科的医学教学中案例教学法使用的必要性,及分析该教学法有助于激发学生的主观能动性、提高学生综合素质、促进教师和学生"教""学"相长、基础与临床教学有机整合等积极作用。结果在风湿免疫科临床教学中应用案例教学法树立了以学生为中心的创新型教育理念,优化了教师的综合素质,提高了教学效率,激发了学生学习兴趣,构建了和谐的课堂,促进了"教""学"相长。结论临床案例教学法在风湿免疫科的临床教学中发挥重要作用。
Objective To explore the value of clinical case teaching method in clinical teaching of rheumatic immunology department. Methods Analysis of rheumatism immunity branch of medical teaching in case teaching method using the necessity and analysis of the teaching method is helpful to stimulate students＇ subjective initiative and improve students＇ comprehensive quality, promote teachers and students to ＂teach＂ ＂learn＂ the positive role of constructive, foundation and clinical teaching organic integration. Results In the department of rheumatology clinical teaching application of case teaching method set with students as the center of the innovative education concept, optimize the comprehensive quality of the teachers, to improve teaching efficiency, to stimulate the students＇ interest, constructs the harmonious classroom, promote the ＂teaching＂ and ＂learning＂ constructive. Conclusion The clinical case teaching method plays an important role in the clinical teaching of the rheumatic immunology department.
