摘要
车险人伤理赔是车险理赔工作的难点,事关财险公司的声誉和形象,也是财险公司提升自身盈利能力无法回避的问题。本文以车险人伤住院探视作为切入点,以某财产保险公司云南分公司为例进行个案研究,指出当前在车险人伤住院探视中存在的问题并提出建议,以期提高车险人伤案件的理赔效率,实现理赔风险的有效管控。
Body injury claims are the difficult part in auto insurance claims, concerning property insurance companypaper makes an analysis on the es inovitable in the process of improving profitability for property insurance company. Making a case study of Yunnan Branch of some property insurance company, this paper takes hospitalization visitation for body injury of auto insurance as a starting point, points out the existing problems in hospitalization visitation and puts forwards suggestions of improvement in hoping of raising claims efficiency of body injury of auto insurance and acquiring more effective manage- ment and control of claim risk.
