摘要
考虑我国南北地区方私家车车主在保险的理解、保险产品的购买、获得赔付等方面产生的差异,作者通过网上问卷调查方式,对我国南北方车主在保险理赔满意度、投保方式、出现次数、保险险种的购买、购买首要考虑因素、保险公司的选择等方面进行调查。研究结果发现,南方车主在购买保险时注重费用的合理性,北方车主重视保险公司知名度;除了通过保险代理人投保外,南方车主主要通过4S店与保险公司上门方式投保,而北方车主倾向于通过保险经纪人投保;北方车主购买第三者责任险的比例高、购买提车险的比例低,选择购买的附加险种与北方车主也有明显不同。此外,北方车主出险频率高,但每次赔付金额较小,而南方刚好相反。
Considering the differences between the north and south sides of private car owners in terms of their understanding of insurance, purchasing insurance products, getting paid, etc, the author investigated the southern and northern owners’ satisfaction of insurance claims, insurance modes, the number of occurrences, purchasing insurance, primary consideration factors, choices of insurance companies and other aspects by doing online questionnaire. The research shows hat southern owners pay more attention to the reasonableness of the cost when they purchasing private car insurance, whereas northern owners focus on the reputation of insurance company. Apart from insuring from the insurance agent, south owners are insured by door-to-door service of major insurance companies and 4S stores, however, north owners tend to choose insurance brokers; the proportion of purchasing the third party liability insurance of north owners is high, a low proportion of purchasing mention auto insurance, and choosing to buy additional insurance and north owners are significantly different. In addition, northern owners have high frequency to insure, but in very small amount of payment, while southern owners are in the opposite way.
