摘要
目的检测鼻咽癌患者外周血中Th1、Th2、Th17及Treg细胞的比例,为其免疫治疗提供实验和理论依据。方法选取本院鼻咽癌患者36例,同期健康体检者50例作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测外周血Th1、Th2、Th17细胞和Treg细胞百分率,分析鼻咽癌患者Th17和Treg细胞比例变化与疾病发生的关系。结果鼻咽癌外周血中Treg、Th2及Th17细胞占CD4^+T细胞比例升高,而Th1细胞占CD4^+T细胞比例下降,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者外周血中Treg、Th2及Th17细胞明显升高,而Th1细胞比例明显下降,因此,外周血中Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg细胞失衡可能与鼻咽癌的发病有关。
Objective To test the percentages of Th1,Th2,the proportion of Th17 and Treg cells of peripheral blood in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,in order to provide experimental and theoretical basis for the immune therapy. Methods 36 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（ NPC） were selected from our hospital,at the same time 50 cases for healthy check- up were enrolled as the control group. Percentages of Th1,Th2,Th17 cells and Treg cells in their peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry. To analyze the relationship of the proportion changing of Th17 and Treg cells in patients with NPC. Results In the peripheral blood,the proportion of Treg,Th17 cells and Th2 in CD4~＋T cell were higher,while that of Th1 cells in CD4~＋T cell decreased,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Treg and Th17 and Th2 cells in peripheral blood in patients with NPC increased significantly,while Th1 cells proportion declined,therefore,in the peripheral blood,the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 and Th17 / Treg cells may be associated with the onset of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
