摘要 机体的免疫状态与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后有着密切关系,其中调节性T细胞(regulatory Tcells,Tregs)充当了极其重要的角色。机体对早期原发性肿瘤通常处于无反应状态,这种"肿瘤耐受"可能与CD4+CD25+Tregs的变化相联系,
