摘要
目的探讨依据急诊危重患者来诊时段,调整优化抢救护士的工作人员配置模式。方法对急诊危重患者来诊时段进行回顾性分析,对该院急诊抢救室22名护理人员的排班进行调整,比较调整前后护理工作的实施效果。结果急诊危重患者来诊的高峰时段为22:00-24:00,护士排班改革后,工作倦怠率和工作压力均有显著性下降,护理质量和患者满意度呈显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依据急诊危重患者来诊时段分布,合理安排抢救护士工作模式,能够减轻急救护士工作负荷和压力,提高护理工作效率与质量,降低护士职业倦怠,提高患者满意度。
Objective To adjust and optimize the nursing shift arrangement of the emergency department according to the distribution characterizations of emergency. Methods The patients visited in the emergency department were reviewed. Then we adjusted the nursing shift arrangement of the emergency department for 22 nurses, and evaluated its effect with some questionnaires. Results From 11 pm to 12 pm was the peak time of the patients visited in the emergency department. After adjusting the nursing shift arrangement, the level of nursing job burnout and work stress were decreased significantly, and the nursing quality was increased significantly （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion The adjusted nursing shift arrangement based on the distribution characterizations of emergency patients can relieve the burnout and stress of nurses,and can improve the quality of emergency nursing.
