摘要
新型冠状病毒疫情的三年流行,对我国医院管理体系是一次大考。自奥密克戎毒株流行以来,疫情形势严峻复杂,波及人群十分广泛,给医院服务体系带来巨大挑战。2023年1月8日“乙类乙管”的正式实施,标志着医院的工作重心从“防感染”转向“保健康、防重症”,对医疗救治提出了更高要求。急诊科作为接诊急危重症患者的前沿和疫情防控的重要关口,是医院抗疫的重中之重。中国医学科学院北京协和医院积极探索,因时因势统筹医疗服务与疫情防控,构建起急诊分区、分级、分流及动态化调整的集束化管理体系,在最大限度控制疫情扩散的同时保障高质量医疗工作不停摆,交出了令人民群众满意的抗疫答卷,为今后医疗机构应对公共卫生事件提供了有效经验。
The three-year epidemic of novel coronavirus is a"big test"for our hospital management system.Since the epidemic of Omicron strain,the epidemic situation is severe and complex and affects a wide range of people,which brings great challenges to the hospital service system.China has classified COVID as a Category B disease since January 8,2023,marking the shift of the hospital′s work focus from"infection prevention"to"health protection and prevention of severe illness",which puts forward higher requirements for medical treatment.The emergency department,as the front position of receiving critically ill patients and the important gateway of epidemic prevention and control,comes first to fight the epidemic.Our hospital actively explores the coordination of medical services and epidemic prevention and control according to the time and situation,and builts a cluster management system of emergency zoning,classification,triage and dynamic adjustment in order to maximize the control of the spread of the epidemic and guarantee“non-stop”of high-quality medical work.These deliver a satisfactory response to the people,and provide effective experience for medical institutions to deal with public health events in the future.
